Impressionism Exhibition in the Arts Museum

It has been a long time that I didn't go to see paintings. Those exhibited in HK are not so great as what I saw in NY or Italy. But they aroused my memories of how relax I am.

Spending a weekday there makes me so relax and free. I started to receall what I have dreamt of : quit the job and studied aboard, study music,....

Those paintings are so beautiful that make you forget where you are. You will see different effects when you look at them closely or further. Highly recommended Rouen Cathedral at the End of the Day, Sunlight Effect by Claude Monet and also The House of folly at Eragny by Camille Pissarro.

I found out that I was dreaming when I back to office......

Huang Yong Yu at 80's

Next to the Impressionism, Huang's one is more wonderful. Imagine a Chinese who experienced Mao's time but painting a lot of impressionism like paintings with Chinese style? It's amazing.

Besides, I like him very much. He is a very honest person, with a child heart to see the world. But sometimes realistic. He said " There are 4 things I like most, first is literature, second is sculpture, then procelin and last is painting. But only painting can earn living to afford me spend on the first 3 things. He is humourous.

Aviator

Have been waiting for Dicarpio for long. Finally here it is. So disappointed by his performance in the film. It may be limited by his young look. It wasn't persuasive enough that he is an old man insdie. And the script writing cannot show deeply how Howard Huges suffered from the mental dieseases.

Cate Blancette was great in play Katherine Hupurn. However she was more wonderful in Elizabeth. She is not pretty but very outstanding.

Overall I dun like the film but will check out how is Howard Huges like.
